After a long, gloomy winter, we can’t wait for spring. For more sunshine, beautiful flowers, more energy…The last one seems to be quite a big problem for some people, including me.
After winter, everything is starting to wake up, including our sleepy bodies, so here are some tips that help me battle my lack of energy. Maybe you will find it interesting and you’ll give it a go, especially if you are a spring bride and your wedding day is just around the corner. 😉
Lack of energy is more than unwelcome when you are in the middle of planning for your perfect wedding day.
1. Drink plenty of water
Not only does it clean the toxins from your body, its boosting your metabolism and helps you lose weight as well (which we all want before the big day 😉 ). A glass of water infused with freshly squeezed lemon juice is probably the best thing you can do for your body before eating breakfast.
2. Go out for a walk
A great thing about spring is- more sunshine. 30 min of walking is enough for your body to fill you up with much needed vitamin D, which will give you more energy. Not to mention all that fresh air that will do you good and you will sleep like a baby. 😉
3. Healthy meals
We all know that lack of vitamins and a lousy diet are the first to blame when it comes to tiredness in general. Want to know a fast and easy way to induce yourself with vitamins? Smoothies, of course. We all adore them and the combinations are endless! Thumbs up for a good old smoothie stack! 😉
